Dr. Telleen has focused his research on the adoption, management and usability of the web medium since 1994. His extensive prior experience in management, strategy development and marketing is evidenced in the practical advice on web implementations that he has given to an international set of clients. He is credited with coining the term Intranet in 1994 while championing the adoption of web technologies within Amdahl Corporation. He developed a unique methodology for documenting, auditing and testing effective web site principles and practices that has been used by more than 100 companies in North America, Europe and Japan to evaluate, compare and improve their Intranets, Extranets and Public Web Sites.
