MOST HUMILIATING MOMENT: One I remember,--playing in the school conceert band, the end of the song required a loud/hard cymbal crash for the finale, well I did just that but then dropped the cymbal and it had a domino effect with all of the other percussion instruments, crash,boom,bang,etc., then total silence and then with the blink of the eye the audience started to applaude and my body was flashing "red"--beep-beep-beep, then the cold "evil eye" glare from my band director.  Oh well I can now say "Been there & done that".
