The email address is collected when you actively sign up for our newsletter, request our free self-assessment form, or request a sample practices audit. When signing up for the newsletter, the email address will only be used for the purpose of sending the newsletter. When requesting a sample practices audit, iorg.com may contact you and offer to present the results in a phone conference. Sharing and Use by Third Parties We do not share our visitors' personal information with other companies or organizations, nor do we sell the information to other companies or organizations. The iorg.com web site does have links to third party sites where we do not have control over the collection and use of personal information. The email lists are maintained on computers that are separate from the computer hosting the web site.
